Shipping Media Mail

Please note:  all orders are shipped out within 24 hours of ordering.  We are closed on all U.S. Holidays and Fri/Sat/Sun.  You will not receive a tracking number if you decide to ship Media Mail - the Postal Service does not scan in Media Mail to track your package.

PLEASE NOTE: Media Mail can take 4-6 weeks for delivery (*Due to the Virus the USPS mail is running slower than normal- please be patient)

Special Note: In an effort to keep our Customers informed, we wanted to let everyone know that the USPS has advised us of (and we have seen) a slowdown in the delivery time for our Media Mail and Priority package services.  This is because of the limited transportation availability due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.  We appreciate your continued patience and understanding during these unprecedented times.

Please note: Priority mail gives estimated delivery days - however this is not a guaranteed delivery time.  WE CANNOT SHIP TO CANADA.

When your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail "Order Confirmation" which will have your tracking number for Priority shipping.

Wholesale Orders

For schools and special teachings we offer discounts for quantities of 10 or more books. Bundle Packs are not included in Wholesale Discounts as the pricing for Bundle Packs are already reduced.   For a price list please e-mail us at wholesale@talkinghearts.net

Sales Tax Exempt Status

All Nevada sales are subject to sales tax unless you apply for reseller status. To set up your resellers account with Talking Hearts, follow the instructions below:

  1. Download, print, and fill out the PDF Sales Exempt Form
  2. Make a copy of your NV seller's permit (for NV only)
  3. Mail the form to the following address:
